The client needed to upgrade an aging aluminum alloy production facility that was inefficient and consumed excessive energy. They sought to increase production capacity, reduce operational costs, and ensure long-term, reliable, and efficient performance. 

Client Challenges 

- Outdated equipment resulted in low production efficiency and high costs 

- Frequent disruptions caused by an unstable power supply 

- Inability to meet growing market demand due to lack of modern production systems Solution Provided 

- Installed  two 15-ton medium frequency induction aluminum melting furnaces capable of stable operation despite power grid fluctuations 

- Reorganized the workshop layout to optimize equipment placement and improve efficiency 

- Integrated advanced casting, extrusion, and cutting systems to streamline production 

- Developed a comprehensive maintenance plan to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime 

Project Results 

The renovation increased the facility’s production capacity to 20,000 tons per year, improved equipment reliability, and significantly reduced energy consumption. The upgrade allowed the client to better control costs and strengthen their competitiveness in the expanding market.
